The rumors and speculation are finally over as General Motors officially revealed the 2010 Pontiac G8 Sport Truck at the 2008 New York Auto Show. Apparently, GM is unsure of what to ultimately name the sports car derived pickup truck and is giving the people the unique opportunity to “Tame the Name” for the all new Pontiac G8 Sport Truck!
The Dakar Rally cancellation due to concerns over terrorist threats was a real bummer for both endurance off-road race teams and fans alike. The Amaury Sport Organization is attempting to fill the giant void caused by the cancellation and launch the new Dakar Series ahead of schedule. The ASO hopes the new program will bring “Dakar-like” action and excitement to various off-road venues around the world.
